The Mosebach building was adjacent to The Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh and was purchased by them for additional venue space. Due to the close proximity to an old mill site, we encountered unanticipated material, which was resolved with The Rivers representatives, removed and the project was still completed on time. Despite the tight physical conditions, we also successfully crushed foundation material onsite and used for backfill.
